Internet Access and Valid Email Address Necessary to Participate.

1.  ELIGIBILITY:  The Huffy® Register and Ride Sweepstakes, (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Huffy Corporation ("Sponsor"), those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of the Sweepstakes, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies for the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employees, officers and directors are ineligible. By participating you (and if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, your parent/legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CMS, Inc., ("CMS") as the sweepstakes administrator, and Sponsor, the decisions of which are final and binding in all respects. 

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Sweepstakes begins on 8/19/09 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends on 12/31/09 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Log on to www.Huffy.com  ("Web Site") and click on the Product Registration link.  After you finish completing the product registration information, You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.   You must fill in the required fields on the registration form to be entered into the sweepstakes, including your product registration information. If you do not have a registration number, you can obtain an entry to this sweepstakes by sending a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope postmarked by 1/2/10 and received by 1/6/10 to: CMS Huffy Registration Sweepstakes, PO Box 2850, Winston-Salem, NC 27102-2850. You must also confirm that you have read and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules by placing a mark in the box provided, then click on the "Submit" button. Limit one entry per person and product registration. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries and the participant will be disqualified. Attempted entry by any method other than stated in these Official Rules is not permitted. Incomplete entries are void.

4. Winner Determination:

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.  The drawing will take place on or about 1/8/10 under the supervision of CMS or an unrelated, non-biased third party chosen by the Sponsor. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight carrier or by such other method determined by Sponsor within approximately 3 business days following the drawing.

5. PRIZES/VALUES/ODDS OF WINNING:

One (1) Grand Prize: Nintendo® Wii™ or $250 cash (at Sponsor's sole discretion).  Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $250  

Four (4) First Prizes: Apple® iPod Nano®, an Apple® iPod Shuffle® or $100 cash (at Sponsor's sole discretion) ARV $100.

Fifty (50) Second Prizes: Ten (10) song downloads at www.myfreetracks.com/huffy.   ARV $10. Instructions for downloading available at www.myfreetracks.com.

Odds: The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

For All Prizes: No warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to any item/service in a prize is made, including but not limited to, its quality, except for any written standard limited warranty which may be provided with the item from the item's manufacturer (or with the service, from the service provider). Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if prize or prize component becomes unavailable for any reason. If potential winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of or to the potential winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of the potential winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and the potential winner, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If potential winner cannot or does not accept prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. All prizes will be awarded. All Federal, State, Provincial and local taxes (however characterized) are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Potential winners may be required to complete, execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if any potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, potential winner may be disqualified, the prize forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners, by acceptance of a prize, grant to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner's name portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration except where prohibited by law, and without notice, review and approval. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR, SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible, entries or emails; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or Sweepstake's program errors or failures, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration, entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any information. Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sponsor's Web site. The right is reserved by Sponsor at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, at Sponsor's sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like entry methods will void all such entry(s)/ by such methods, and disqualify any participant using any such methods. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from Sponsor's Web site or use of Sponsor's Web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned (as solely determined by Sponsor) by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and proceed with the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor and award any and all remaining prizes in a manner consistent with the spirit of these Rules. In case of dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the owner of the email account used to register for the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these Official Rules.  The owner of the email account is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. 

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF any Entrant's ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE sponsor's WEB SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM sponsor's WEB SITE.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON sponsor's WEB SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW:

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an action in a state or federal court located in Montgomery County, Ohio and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and any Releasee in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of any jurisdiction.

11. WINNERS' LIST:  For a list of the Grand and First prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by 1/22/10 and received by 1/29/10 to: Huffy Registration Winners List, PO Box 2750, Winston Salem, NC 27102-2850. For a copy of these Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "OFFICIAL RULES" for receipt by 10/9/09.  A list of Grand and First Prize winners will also be posted on Sponsor's Web site on or about 1/29/10, and be available until at least 2/28/10.
